This list is spot on, and applies so well to adults too (well maybe not so much with no.3) With our son I usually notice withdrawal, and sudden tears without warning. And I find less laughter is a big one too for children and adults.

My 6 year old DD is showing several of those at the minute as she is coping with her father leaving and an impending move to the other end of England. All I can do is try and show her I love her and hope once we’ve moved she’ll settle.
