Self Esteem & Confidence Workshop

This workshop addresses how children feel about themselves in general and looks at ways of improving their self-image and their self-belief. The workshop also looks at where children do not currently feel confidence and we work on this so they leave the workshop feeling six feet tall and able to do anything they put their mind to.

The workshop is supportive, interactive and a lot of fun. I help the children really think about the situations where they do not feel confident and get them to stretch their minds and creativity. This is done through activities, role play and discussion.

The workshop will increase a children’s self-esteem and confidence so they are able to feel comfortable with themselves and in different environments.

There are upto 6 children in each workshop and a vegetarian lunch of pizza and fruit will be provided. All the workshops are held in Barnet and they commence at 10am and finish at 1.30pm.

I will be running the next set of Self-esteem and Confidence Workshops on 4th March for 9-12 year olds and 6th May for 6-8 year olds.

For more information on this workshop please send an email to naomi@thekidscoach.org.uk

The cost for all workshops is £75 but there is an early bird price of £60 if you book before 19th February 2012. If you book two children on any workshop the cost will be £120.
