I wanted to give you a heads up on an event I am speaking at this coming weekend. On Sunday 4th March, I will be at the UK Southern Book Show at the Pavilion Theatre on the pier in Worthing. It is the first book show of its kind in the South and I am privileged to have been asked to take part. It’s a free event, giving an opportunity to those that love books, to meet authors from the UK, listen to readings and learn about writing and publishing. There will be 60 authors attending – 29 of them giving short and concise presentations about something ‘book related’. I will be speaking about how getting a book published can help to further your career. Each author will have a stand where they will be selling their books and signing copies too.

Come along to my stand to find out more about Being Me (And Loving It), the book with 29 real-life stories to help build self-esteem, body confidence and resilience in children aged 5-11. The Parents Toolkit is written for parents to help their children deal with childhood problems and grow up to be happy, confident adults.
I will be selling my two most popular parenting products. The ‘WOW’ Board has been developed for children who need a self-esteem boost and to focus on the positives in life. The Contributions Board is a sticker chart with a difference! It encourages the whole family to work as a team, help each other out and appreciate what other family members do.
If you are around on Sunday please do come along to hear some wonderful views and thoughts on the world of publishing as well as browse and buy some outstanding books across many genres. It starts at 9am and finishes at 5.30pm.
